Your order can be dispatched to a different address than your billing address, depending on your payment method. With two exceptions—UPS sites and mail forwarding locations—you may choose where your order is transported if you pay using a paper check, bank wire, ACH, Ethereum, Ripple, or bitcoin. Whether you can use a credit or debit card relies on your past purchasing patterns. When using a credit card, place the order with your billing address shown as the shipping address. Then, give us a call to see if we can modify it to a different address. Your order must be shipped to a PayPal Verified address if you pay using PayPal.

All UPS 7 FedEx shipments have a “No Will Call” restriction, which prevents recipients from picking up the box from a UPS or FedEx facility. This is a security measure to guard against orders being fraudulently intercepted.
There will be three tries by UPS or FedEx. The package will be returned to us if no one is there to sign for it and accept delivery at the designated location.

We submit a claim if we find out the package is missing or damaged. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reship your things or refund your money.
