Shipping Methods

Please note that base shipping and insurance, on all RGDCmonex.com orders over $199, is free. Customers can utilize our free shipping method or may have the option to upgrade their shipping method upon checkout. We only ship to USA addresses (including PO Boxes and military addresses). We are unable to ship to UPS stores, mail forwarding services, or utilize will call. We utilize a variety of carriers, with most orders shipping via USPS or UPS. Our Base Shipping method is our choice of carrier, allowing us to ship your order to you at the lowest possible delivered price. Depending on order contents, you may be able to upgrade your shipping method on the checkout screen.

Shipment Packaging

Protective measures and caution are essential when mailing priceless precious metals. Your products are carefully wrapped in protective wrapping before being placed in the shipping package with additional packing material to prevent product movement.

Please be aware that our return address and packaging conceal any clues to the expensive contents of the shipment, so you can be sure that your packages will reach their destination safely.

Shipment Tracking

You can see the status of your order from the moment it is created until your products are delivered to your door when you place one with Raw Gold & Diamond Co. An email notification of shipment will be sent to you as soon as your order ships, usually within 1 business day of payment being cleared.

You may then follow along in the My Account section on rgdcmonex.com. We always keep our customers fully informed about the whereabouts of their items from the time the carrier takes up the item at our facility until it is delivered. If a signature is needed to deliver your items, you will be notified after you complete your transaction at checkout.

More About Shipping Insurance

To ensure complete customer confidence, every single package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund or exchange. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages in transit – once the carrier obtains a signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases. Please note that failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.
